TCPL Board Meeting

The public is invited to attend the monthly meeting of the Tipton County Public Library Board of Trustees. Agendas are posted on the community bulletin board outside the library meeting room at least 48 hours before the meeting.
Policy for Addressing the Board of Trustees, adopted by the board December 9, 2019
An individual wishing to speak must sign in with his or her full name, home address, and the topic to be discussed. The Board President reserves the right to exclude public comment from the agenda at any board meeting during which circumstances dictate that the board’s focus needs to remain on the business at hand. Each person will be given three (3) minutes to address the board. A maximum of 15 minutes will be allowed for total public input. Speakers are cautioned against using abusive, vulgar, or intimidating language, and will be asked to leave the meeting if such occurs. Trustees will not engage in conversations or answer questions posed by speakers during the course of the meeting. Your request or comments will be noted and you will receive a response at a later date after the board members have sufficient time to consider and deliberate the issue.
