Coming November 2025! Tipton County Public Library is making an exciting change—we’re upgrading to a brand-new catalog system, Polaris! Our ILS Team has spent the past year working closely with Clarivate to create an improved, user-friendly experience, and the time to launch is almost here.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we make this important upgrade. This transition to Polaris is all about creating a better, more user-friendly experience for you. With a more intuitive catalog, streamlined account access, and improved notifications, managing your library materials will be easier than ever.

  • Library Materials will not be checked in
  • No holds can be placed on physical items
  • Library open for browsing and checkout
  • Digital library resources remain available 24/7

November 5

Polaris Launch Day!

  • New catalog goes live.
  • Both library locations closed as we verify the new ILS is operating correctly.
  • Your library card and account automatically transfer to the new system.
