What questions do you have about Tipton County Public Library’s resources and services? We’d love to help you find what you’re looking for. In order to help you better, we’ve provided the answers to some frequently asked questions below!

How Much does it cost for copies?
  • 8.5 x 11 or 8.5 x 14
    • Black & White – 10¢ per page
    • Color – 25¢ per page
  • 11 x 17
    • Black & White – 20¢ per page
    • Color – 50¢ per page
Does the library have a notary?

Yes, the library offers free notary service 9:30am – 4:30pm. Call ahead to confirm notary is on duty.

What is needed to apply for a library card?

Driver’s license with current address (or other valid form of identification), and proof of residency. For example, a utility bill, lease or bank statement with a Tipton county address would be sufficient.

Does the library offer free wi-fi?

Yes, our Wi-Fi network name is “tcpl-public”. There is no password needed. You will be directed to our terms of use page. Read the terms and click continue to get on the Internet.

Can I print from my wi-fi device?

Wireless printing is not currently available. You can email the information to yourself and log-on to a lab computer to print.

Can I scan a document and send via email or send a fax at the library?

Yes, you can scan your documents and send to an email address free of charge.

The library will send a fax for you. In-state fax numbers are 50¢ per page; out-of-state numbers are $1.00 per page. International: $3.00 per page. Receive a fax: 10¢ per page.
